EquitationHorses.com does not guarantee the sale of your horse. EquitationHorses.com does not guarantee anything about any horse listed on the website, i.e., the soundness, temperament, performance ability or even its true existence). EquitationHorses.com goes by the saying “buyer beware” and strongly recommends that potential buyers hire a licensed veterinarian to do a thorough pre-purchase exam on the horse of their interest before buying a horse. The seller of the horse is solely responsible for all content in their ad.

EquitationHorses.com is in no way involved in any financial transaction related to the sale or lease price of a horse that is listed on the website. By agreeing to the terms of this website, you agree to hold harmless the owners, agents, subsidiaries and employees of EquitationHorses.com, arising out of, or in any way connected with, any such disputes.

Be nice. Slanderous, malicious, or any kind of derogatory ads are not permitted. Ads for horses with any kind of ownership dispute are not allowed. Profanity and harassment are not allowed.

COMPLAINTS:
If you have a complaint about a seller on our website, let us know the details. If we feel that a seller is participating in any sort of shady or fraudulent activity on our site, or is posting false or misleading info, etc., we will disable that seller’s account without notice at our own discretion.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse placement of an ad on our site by anyone for any reason.

SOLICITATION AND SPAMMING:
Soliciting or spamming other users through on site is not allowed. If you send any type of unsolicited email (spam) to other users of our site advertising your own services, your account will be disabled and your ad(s) will be deleted, and your email will be blocked from further ad responses.

COPYRIGHT:
EquitationHorses.com cannot be held responsible for violations created by its users and/or customers. These violations include, but are not limited to: copyright violation, trademark violations, trade names or patents, or other content which is in violation of any local, state or federal laws.

Anyone placing photos and/or videos on EquitationHorses.com is solely responsible for getting permission from the photographers of the photos and videos, people in the photos and videos, etc. that are being displayed on our site. We will not allow any images labelled “PROOF” in an ad. If there is a visible photographer’s signature or label on a photo, we will not remove the information from the picture. If we are notified of copyright violations created by an advertiser, we will remove the disputed photo(s) from the site without any kind of refund or prior notice to the possible offender, until the issue is resolved by the people involved.

EquitationHorses.com may, in certain circumstances and at its own discretion, disable and/or delete the accounts of a user who has infringed on the copyrights of someone else. If you are a photographer, please be sure to contact your customer directly about their inappropriate use of your photo.
